The Re-Sourcing Story
Founded in 2003, Re-Sourcing is headquartered in New York City with 16 offices in 10 markets. Our differentiated operating partner model provides us with a strong focus on building direct relationships with clients to bolster retention and deepen our understanding of client needs.
Re-Sourcing is a leading provider of strategic staffing, consulting, and direct hire solutions, focusing on compliance, legal, information technology, finance & accounting, and HR positions. We serve clients through six premium brands:

Through our partnership with McNally Capital, a family-owned private equity firm, we actively seek world-class staffing firms to add to our group of premium brands. We target lower mid-market search & staffing firms in primary, secondary, and tertiary cities in the United States. In every partnership, we invest in the company from our own balance sheet with the support of our debt and equity financing partners.
Philosophy
We work with world-class management teams to provide the resources required to execute their strategic plan for their business successfully. We accomplish this by bringing our own operating experience in partnership with the investment experience of McNally Capital to help surround our brands with the highest caliber of support and resources.
